You can order any of our products as long as they are still available.

Products in high demand may sell out quickly, please note that items that you have chosen in your shopping bag are not reserved – you have to CHECK OUT first to make sure you purchase the product.

You cannot add more items to your shopping bag if you have already CHECKED OUT.

We cannot modify/add the products in your order for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase if you do not want to pay double shipping fees

 

We reserve the right not to process your order if the payment is incomplete or if we are unable to validate your payment.

We also reserve the right not to process your order if product in contention is out of stock and somehow the system fails/errors.

We cannot process your orders on weekends and holidays. We will try our best to serve our customer during office hours. (Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm).

 

The default prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). You can change the currency to see the prices in US Dollars (USD)

Prices may change conditionally. Please check our current price before you CHECK OUT.

Customers purchasing from other countries should pay in US$ via PayPal.

We have our own currency exchange rates for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange since we have calculated our loss when cashing US$ to our currency.

Any custom and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier service that you choose. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

 

For domestic customers we currently offer two modes of payment. Bank(Wire) Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).

For payments made through bank transfer to the HDFC Bank Account, you have to confirm (ONLY via our website) to validate your purchase. You have to click CONFIRM ORDER link to confirm your order or contact us if you need any help.

For Cash on Delivery, you will have to pay the extra charges unless you purchase more than INR 500 worth of products.

 

For International customers the mode of payment is PayPal and purchase needs to be done via the website. For more details about them, please contact us.

We use Speed Post and Express parcel for domestic orders. The shipping cost will be borne by us for all domestic orders. The shipping fees for international shipment is based on the weight of each product, which will be available in the information details of each product.

 

We use Indian Speed Post for International shipments. International customers will bear all the shipping fees. The shipping fees is based on the weight of each product, which will be available in the information details of each product.

 

 

Please allow 24 hours for processing your order and between 1 to 3 business days for delivery with Speed Post and Express Parcel for domestic shipments and between 5 to 10 business days for international shipments.

 

In order to track you order, just contact us by email with your order number or name used to place the order. We will email you the Speed Post tracking number to track your shipments online. Tracking numbers are usually available 24 to 48 hours after placing your order, weekends and holidays not included.

 

We cannot be responsible of packages sent to the wrong address or for delays in the delivery due to inclement weather or other causes.

 

All our products have a 30 day money-back guarantee. To make a return, please notify us of your intentions and we will provide you with a return number. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail or sent to the wrong place. The use of insurance and tracking for your package is recommended.

Your account will be credited the price of the products less the transport / shipping fees when we get the products back.

Please note also that we have the rights to accept or not to accept your return/s.
